October 11, 12, 13 and 14 Agadir Morocco

Ooops I did not realize so many days had gone by!

This is really a beach town.  A lot of condos and hotels.  I have heard mostly French spoken with some German thrown in.

Not too much to report for these days. I spent the first couple just lazying around trying to get over the cold. Fortunately the hotel has 1 English channel, I watched some pretty bad ones, I had no choice.

The last couple, I got cabin fever and still took it easy but headed down to the beach. Very nice. The air is cool in morning probably 16, but sun still hot. As the day goes on and it gets warmer about to 25/26, the wind gets stronger from the Atlantic. At least these days it was not as cold a wind as it was the day I arrived.

October 10 Agadir Morocco

I have a bit of a cold, so I slept most of the day away. I did go for breakfast in morning and then out for a late lunch, early dinner.

October 9 Agadir Morocco

Well the bus arrived shortly after 6 am. I must have got some sleep as time went by but I am still tired.
Some time went by talking to the German guy next to me. I am not sure how he is doing it! He has another 2 1/2 hours to go, and he only got off the bus the day before from the desert in Merzouga!

I got checked into hotel and was lucky that room was free. So I had a 2 hour nap! Then off for breakfast and a walk. I ended up at the beach. Walked the whole beach, about 2 km long. I tried to go to the dunes at one end but the military was stopping everyone from going further.

A few people around but not really that busy. They were having the awards ceremony for the RAlly Morocco. Cars, bikes, and quads.  I never heard any Canadian teams announced.
A rather quiet day. I did fall asleep watching tv. There is 1 English channel that I can find. Fox movies!
